At Thread Street, we take pride in the quality of our products and service. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. However, we do offer limited support in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns but we do accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

 

 

🚨 Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items


  • You must report any issues within 2 hours of collecting the item.
  • Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
  • Any claim submitted after the 2 hour window will not be eligible for refund or replacement. 

 

 

💰 Refunds



  • Refunds will be provided as store credits and are subject to inspection and approval.

📦 Shipping



  • In cases of damaged or incorrect items, Thread Street will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other situations, no shipping reimbursements will be offered.
